🚓 Blandford Town NPT Weekly Update 🚓 It has been another busy week for the Blandford Neighbourhood Policing Team. Throughout the week, officers have carried out numerous high-visibility foot and mobile patrols across the town and surrounding areas, providing reassurance to the public, identifying community concerns, and helping to prevent crime and anti-social behaviour. Our team has also been involved in safeguarding vulnerable individuals, providing victim updates, and planning for several upcoming community events to ensure they are safe and enjoyable for everyone attending. Working in partnership remains a key priority. This week we conducted joint visits with the Housing ASB Officer to address ongoing issues within the community. Tenancy cautions were issued where appropriate, and collaborative plans were put in place to tackle long-term problems through a multi-agency approach. We also visited the local Food Bank, offering support to staff and service users while strengthening our links with this vital community resource. In addition, Blandford NPT assisted response officers and CID colleagues by gathering CCTV evidence as part of an investigation into a reported serious assault. Enquiries remain ongoing. Thank you to everyone who has spoken with officers, shared information, and supported our work this week. Your engagement helps us keep Blandford a safe place to live, work, and visit. 📞 Report non-emergency incidents via 101 or online at Dorset Police. 🚨 In an emergency, always call 999. #BlandfordNPT #NeighbourhoodPolicing #CommunitySafety #WorkingTogether #DorsetPolice #BlandfordForum #KeepingCommunitiesSafe | ||
